Thanks to the value we build our products with, our quality staff can warranty our work up to 5 years in regular outdoor weather conditions. Also, in every product shipped from us, we attach important care information, this way, we make sure your furniture simple looks spectacular, just like the first day you receive it.
Our furniture is guaranteed up to for 5 years against weather damage, should a timber breaks or rot before the expiration date of the warranty occurs, simply contact one of our representatives for a replacement. (Subject to evaluation)
We keep a stock of replacement parts for out-of-warranty situations, these are available at customer's expense.
Should a shipping arrives incorrect or incomplete, we will correct it at no expense from the customer, in case of error by our customers (wrong address or product, etc.) every correction will be at customer's expense *freight company charges applies*.
In case of shipping damage (not assembly), we will ship a replacement accordingly. If there is a major damage, we will replace the whole piece of furniture at no cost, however, said replacement will be scheduled as a new purchase and will be subject to production schedule.
Non Custom Made items cancellation policy: we can process a cancellation up to 5 days after the order is placed, a 3.5% cancellation fee will be applied. Once this period expires, we do not take cancellations.
Custom Made items cancellation policy: we can process a cancellation up to 3 days after the order is placed, a 8% cancellation fee will be applied. Once this period expires, we do not take cancellations.

We offer different shipping methods for our products, you can choose which suits you:
Standard shipping: The most usual, please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery, this is the perfect choice for customers who have enough time to wait for their orders at a regular price.
Priority service: It is delivered 3-4 weeks at most. However, there is a rushing fee of 5%.
Rush order service: It is delivered 2-3 weeks at most. With a rushing fee of 10%.
Special Cases: If you are on a deadline, we can speed up a delivery prioritizing a specific order, the delivery method might be customized too. Ask our specialist regarding surcharges that may be applied.
Distribution Center: No delivery fees are charged, we will arrange the pick up time with you at our distribution center located in Otay.
Shipping method should be arranged upon ordering, we will confirm the delivery and tracking method.
To find out total shipping costs please add the products you want and select the required information, if a change is made while ordering make sure to press the "Update" button, if you have any question do not hesitate to contact us by email or speak directly with one of our representatives.
For shipments outside U.S. please select this option and write the address where the furniture will be delivered, and one of our representatives will get back to you with the delivery quote, as well as all customs formalities in charge of the freight company selected, tax expenses and further considerations to be made.
For deliveries within the United States no taxes are charged, except California, with a 9% for the value of the product.
